Massage & AcupunctureI was drawn to having an Indian Head massage due to the benefits this of this kind of massage in particular, how it can work against reducing anxiety which is currently a challenge in my everyday life. The specific techniques of this treatment allowed me to relax in the present moment and it also offered instant relief to the knots in my neck and shoulders. The whole experience provided a sense of calmness throughout and and I came away feeling so much more calmer, more balanced in my thoughts and extremely relaxed. Full Body MassageSarah Pam is a lovely warm lady who has helped me through my recent struggles with my legs. Her fabulous massage techniques and lymphatic drainage techniques have proven very beneficial to me. Prior to meeting with Sarah, I suffered for many years with spine and hip problems along with persistent chronic pain. I had a total hip replacement 6 months ago and I and started to struggle with my recovery in particular, my mobility. I was unable to bend down properly as my legs were still very sore from surgery. After two sessions of the Lymphatic Drainage Massage on my legs and feet, I felt a huge difference and to my surprise, without thinking, I was actually able to bend down to pick up my earring off the floor that I had dropped at the end of the second session; it brought happy tears to my eyes at this milestone, I was so overwhelmed. It seems such a simple thing to do that you take for granted and I was able to do it again without the pain and struggle. The heavy feeling in my legs had eased and the constant aching has all but gone. I genuinely feel that Sarah has given me my mobility back. Massage ExperienceI started going to Sarah at Jacinta Holistic Therapies in nov 2025 due to having severe osteoarthritis in both knees and i had read that lymphatic drainage massage could help relieve inflammation and pain. After just my first visit I felt some relief so I continued to book with sarah every 2 weeks as the pressure off my knees felt great for the first time in years. I had my total knee replacement in Dec 2025 and Sarah advised me to wait a month before returning for more sessions. Sarah was very knowledgeable and explained how the treatments would help the blood flow around the area of incision and gradually feeling would return around the surrounding scar area. I honestly cannot recommend the treatment enough as it has helped tenfold with my recovery by reducing swelling, reducing pain and helped to speed up the recovery process. It is also very relaxing ! I highly recommend Sarah to anyone and I will be returning for treatment when I have my other knee replacement. She is 10/10 !
